Fan by Fan EVS long Term Project

The 10 month EVS hosting project Fun by Fan, design for a group of 10 volunteers from minimum 5 European contries will promote and develope the local FAN Network for comune nonformal activities, local volunteering and European volunteering program. The nonformal dailly activities will include ocupational therapy by art, sport, hadicraft, leisure activitis, educational activitis and others, implemented in more than 10 FAN Network workshops in our Bihor county for disabled people (children, youth, adults and disabled), social problems people, run by more than 10 member organizations in social sector. The Fan by Fan project will create two majour public events, like disablet people cultural show and disabled people sprotive contest for more than 100 participative beneficary and more than 300 viewers to this events.The local volunteering program developed by the project will create a group of minimum 20 local volunteers with EVS volunteers help and will promote the EVS program among the young people, especially less opportunity, by networt cooperation and will create sending EVS opportunity for them. All this objectives will be implemented trough self developement methodology of EVS volunteers, in order to offer tools and opportunities for new skills, motivation for social participation, life authonomy, all with results in self developement. This methodology will include language training, team building sessions, projects meetings with local coordinator support, personal meetings and menthorship, that will offer to each volunteer the opportunity to participate to the network project activity, but also to initiate an idea inside the project, create a team and coordinate the activities for, like EVS promoting activities. The project will operate the following EI's: 2007-RO-14; 2007-RO-15; and 2007-RO-40.
