The Butterflies Factory EVS Project
THE BUTTERFLIES FACTORY PROJECT is the EVS project no: RO-21-18-2008-R2 that toke place in Oradea between Septembrie 2008 and February 2009 Diversity and equal opportunity are European values that grow and develop any community and nation today, that would be like a colored butterfly, that prove own beauty by putting together a variety of colors and shape. Together, each color increase own beauty and value, in the same way the cultural differences make the difference in European community. The butterflies' factory is a generator of European values like diversity, inclusion, equal opportunity, built on cultural shape, involving different people category, like different culture, disabled or health young people and children, different minority and religion. All along of the project, trough art indoor and outdoor activities (like handicraft workshops, dance, music and leisure activities) addressed to children, youth and adults with or without health and disability problems, the EVS volunteer will get color on community and even own wings, showing the importance of diversity in local activities and cooperation among different type of local services in the sense of cultural development, as European cultural vector. Project is offering variety working places, put together three EVS hosting project where the volunteers will help the coordinator for workshops activities, but is enough place for innovation based on volunteers motivation and creativity. The working place will several social activities in town such as: be Children hospital and children town (the playground in from or children hospital), down syndrome youth day centre and multiple sclerosis centre, children workshops and kindergarden.
