At the begining or the project volunteers will agree the following rules of the group: 

Volunteers group contract for the project:
• Involve myself by all potential in the implementation process of the project;
• I'll support my team all the places we'll go, in order to fulfill the project program;
• I'll try to motivate the other participants from my team to be active and be involved in the project as much as they can, for good results of the project activities;
• I'll try to communicate and relating with other participants of the project as much as I can;
• I'll participate to all project activities that I'm part of and I'll not excuse for by organizing other personal program;
• I'm responsible for own money and goods;
• I'll not get drunk and I'll not use drugs during the project activities and facilities;
• I'll solve without violence all conflicts that I'm part of;
• I'll feel free to propose activities, express and share my opinion with all participants;
• I'll show respect for all participants and there opinion;
• I'll not be late to activities and working places;
• I'll be responsible for own person;
• I'll not exclude anybody from my relation with the project group;
• I'll promote inclusion attitude and behavior, for all participant, without exceptions;
• I'll be flexible in order to adapt myself to the working places program and needs, according to EVS rules;
• I'll be autonomous person and solve my duties and not asking to other person for that;
• For any exceptions from this group contract I'll talk with mentor and I'll ask he's agreement for.

Volunteer's rules in apartment:
• I'm responsible for the keys I received and all the goods in the apartment, according to the reception document;
• I'll not smoke in the apartments, only on the balcony or in kitchen (if there is no balcony) and I'm aware and accept 10 euro penalty for broke this rule;
• I'll not destroy goods and I'll use with responsibility the goods, for long term using perspective, by preventing early damages;
• I'll pay for all damages I cause, if I done the damage if there is no responsible for damages in apartment all the volunteers from apartment will pay for;
• I'll keep clean my self and I'll be proactive for that inside the apartment mates group;
• I'll be part of cleaning up program that should make once a week by cleaning the apartment;
• I'll not wasting the energy and resources (egg. electricity and water);
• I'll keep the window close and when they are open I'll be aware for that in order to prevent raining in house;
• I'll not make noise in the apartment by disturbing the neighbors and I'll keep silence according to the condominium habit, that say after 10 o clock in the evening start silence program and there is no allowed to make noise by music, talking laud making party or other sound;
• I'll ask permission to my mentor and my apartment mates for all apartment visitors that stay over night;
• I'll not affect the other apartment mate by my activities and cohabitation;
• I'll not bring out from the apartment any good (egg. Bringing blanket in mountain for trip, bad sheet to swimming pool, good's from one apartment to other, any other example)
• I'll inform the mentor for any problem in the apartment.
