04 FEBRUARY 2009 The C.A.F.E Project in Arbroath Scotland is looking to fill a placement in September 2009 for a period of 1 year.the application will be submitted to meet the April 09 deadline
The post will be with our "Street Games For All" Project which takes a mobile football pitch around the local area and encourages the young people in the area to take part in games. It also visits schools and has a project involving sport with young people who are having difficulties at school.
We are looking for a suitable volunteer who is interested in sport particularly football and can work with challenging young people. We can offer a 2 bedroomed flat which is shared with another EVS volunteer.

15 OCTOBER 2008 We (Bryson Charitable Group) are currently planning our EVS placements for 2009 and hope to make applications for the November and February deadlines. Below you will find details of our current plans (although please be aware that the start dates may change). If you have a volunteer who might be interested in one of these projects, please ask them to e-mail evsoradea@yahoo.com with the following: name and number of the project they are applying for, full CV and full and specific (to the project) motivation letter.
For placements starting June 2009 or before, we would like to receive applications by Monday 20th October. For projects starting after June 2009, we would like to receive applications before Friday 14th November.

Hostelling International NI - 2007-GB-48 - 12 month placements starting in May 2009

Shopmobility - 2007-GB-78 - placement starting in February if possible, lasting for 12 months

RNIB - 2005-GB-86 - 12 month placements starting in February or June 2009

Headliners - 2007-GB-49 - 12 month placement starting August 2009

Women's Aid - 2007-GB-5 - 12 month placements starting June 2009

Ulster Wildlife Trust - 2007-GB-30 - 12 month placement starting June 2009

North Down YMCA - 2007-GB-108 - 12 month placements starting August 2009

Culture and Art at Queen's University - 2006-GB-9 - 12 month placement starting in May 2009. (Ideally, we would like to host a Polish volunteer because of some of the planned activities during the 2009 Belfast Festival at Queen's.)
